Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship domestically via USPS through Pirate Ship. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders of $80 or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to all countries and regions where shipping is permitted by law. International orders are fulfilled via FedEx or the most cost-effective carrier available for your region. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. LuxeGems is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Tracking information is provided for domestic orders and is likely available for most international shipments. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@luxegems.cc within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We review each case individually and, where we determine no fault lies with the customer, we will work toward a positive resolution. We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee specific remedies.

LuxeGems is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Signature Confirmation Signature confirmation is not currently required on delivery. LuxeGems reserves the right to require signature confirmation on select orders at our discretion.
