Overview We want you to love your LuxeGems piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Clean and undamaged
- Free of signs of wear, alteration, or misuse
Original packaging is not required to process a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Upon review, we may offer a full refund including original shipping costs at our discretion. Each case is evaluated individually.
Change of Mind Returns If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for reasons unrelated to damage or defect, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer. A 5% restocking fee may apply, though we reserve the right to waive it at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Items purchased during limited sales, collaboration sales, or event sales
- Gift cards
International Orders All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States.
Gift Returns We accept returns on gifted LuxeGems items within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided the recipient can verify the item was purchased from LuxeGems (e.g., order confirmation, gift receipt, or packaging). Upon approval:
- The recipient may receive store credit, or
- The original purchaser may receive a refund to their original payment method

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances of your return.
